For over 35 years, Neutronix Quintel has been widely recognized as the premier supplier of both mask aligner and photolithography systems.

Brett founded Neutronix in 1989, providing custom Canon mask aligners and 1x projection systems to HVM and R&D clients and has over 25 years of experience in the design and application of photolithography equipment. Neutronix acquired Quintel Corporation in 2005 forming Neutronix Quintel, which is widely recognized now as NXQ. Prior to founding Neutronix, Brett was employed at Gould Microwave and Canon USA in engineering leadership roles.

Lenore co-founded Neutronix is 1989 and brings over twenty years experience in management and operations. As COO, Lenore provides the day-to-day management of all facets of NXQ’s business operations and ensures it is able to meet the needs of its customers, employees and partners. She is trained in semiconductor material structure and engineering product development and has taken additional courses in executive coaching and goal setting and effective financial management.
