For over twenty-nine years, the Arête’s founders have been satisfying their customers, bringing years of extensive design and construction knowledge to each project. Including eighteen years of working with insurance companies to remediate water, fire and mold damage. Arête’s management also has extensive experience and working knowledge of federal, state, county, and city construction regulations and are effective at problem resolution.

Arete's senior executives have experience in building out over one million square feet of new construction and renovations of restaurant, retail, professional office, educational and industrial tenant improvements.
