Aurora, Ill. June 9, 2009 ? BRK Brands, Inc., manufacturer of First Alert® branded home-safety products, has announced and completed the acquisition of Stuhlbarg International Sales Company, Inc. (SISCO), a market leader in fireproof and waterproof safes for homes and offices. The purchase also includes SISCO?s line of office shredders. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Sudesh Arora, President and CEO of Natel Engineering, Inc., Chatsworth, which designs and manufactures electronics products for aerospace, defense and medical applications. Mr. Arora founded the company in 1975, and has guided it through several strategic acquisitions which have contributed to its continuous, profitable growth.
