Steve founded New Life Contracting in 1993 and guides the strategic direction of the company. He has 17 years of experience in the construction business, including working a sub-contractor for larger construction companies. Steve was born and raised in Cambridge, Minnesota. In his spare time, Steve enjoys working out, motor-sports, and spending time with friends and family.

We have become one of the area’s largest contractors because we offer our clients top quality workmanship, excellent customer service, and the piece of mind that comes with rock solid warranties! Our reputation is very important to us.

To the best of our knowledge, all roofing products come with a warranty against material defects, although your exact coverage will vary depending on the brand. For example, a typical shingle warranty will cover material defects for a period of 20, 30, 40 years or more. The warranty on the other components of your roofing system can vary from as little as a few months to several years. It is important to remember that coverage against material defects is provided by the manufacturer, so you should select a brand from a manufacturer who is financially strong and therefore more likely to be in business for as long as you own your roof—which could be several decades!.

The New Life Customer Service Team of over 30 customer service consultants draw on their many years of experience in the construction industry to help our clients bring their exterior remodeling projects to life.Most of our consultants grew up in the neighborhoods we serve.

We primarily install roofing systems from GAF, including traditional shingle, metal, and slate roofs. We have experience working with homes with low-slope, steep-slope, and flat roofs.
