This enables immediate attention to any concerns and immediate response to them. Executive management remains involved and committed from day one. Our objective is not to sell a job, disappear and take our profit. Rather, we remain accessible and accountable to each of our customers. It is NWS ’s responsibility to be pro-active to the job and to be a resource to the owner/manager. This priority is of major importance to us as it is the cornerstone to raising standards through service. As a business, profitability is important, but we recognize that our business exists because of our customers.
