Newton Building & Development is a SBA 8(a) certified general contractor specializing in providing construction and environmental remediation services to Federal Government agencies. The company was founded in 2002 and is directed by Roger Newton who has over 14 years of government contracting experience managing construction and environmental remediation projects at Naval Base Kitsap-Bremerton, Naval Base Kitsap-Bangor, and at other Federal Government facilities throughout the Pacific Northwest. Service We are a customer focused company that strives to exceed expectations on every project. We employ a talented group of professionals that are experienced in commercial, industrial and heavy/civil construction. We have in-house asbestos and lead abatement capabilities and are proficient at new construction, remodels and design-build projects. Quality Newton Building & Development has developed a set of management controls to provide confidence that quality is achieved on every project we undertake. The program assigns responsibilities and lines of authority; defines policies, requirements and objectives; and provides for review and assessment of worker performance.
