Returns Return of an unopened item within 30 days of receipt, (excluding laptop batteries / Adapters / Camera / Pda batteries and chargers / Projector Lamps / Bulbs -please read our policy below) The cost of the item will be credited less a 20% restocking fee, shipping charges are not refundable. Item must be in excellent resalable condition. The same policy applies to refused orders. Defective If an item proves to be defective we must be notified within 90 days of invoice, Please contact us at 443-568-0160 or Email Us at returns@neximaging.com. Please note that you will be billed for the replacement and once the defective product is returned a credit will be given back. It will become the customers resposibility to send the defective product back. Bottled toner (which consists only of toner in a bottle) is always inspected & in stable condition before shipping, therefore it is not returnable. All sales are final.
