This immersive learning simulation developed for the hotel industry allows learners to perfect important social and hard skills necessary for providing quality customer service. In this excerpt, learners practice face-to-face customer relationship skills by interacting with video-based characters. Users must be able to ask appropriate questions, decipher customer body language, and listen and react to customer responses. The simulation also evaluates learners’ ability to use customer service software to log the customer issues appropriately.

NexLearn partnered with Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning to develop a generational diversity training course featuring multiple learning devices, including tutorial material, immersive learning simulations, personal reflection exercises, and this award-winning avatar-based game. In this course excerpt, learners experience firsthand the perspectives of differing generations in the workplace.
