Colonel's Beach Boot Camp! “FITNESS BOOT CAMP SPRING/SUMMER 2010” We are the #1 exercise professionals and bootcamp in Chicagoland Operated by true military veterans This year our Boot Camp will be as close to actual U.S. Army Basic training as possible without signing a contract! Location#1: Bongo Beach at 63rd and Lake Shore Drive Start date: Every Saturday beginning April 3, 2010. Class time for this location @ 0800 (8:00AM) sharp thru the entire month (rain or shine). Location#2: Fullerton Beach: Assembly area will be the hilltop next to the Lincoln Park Conservatory (the intersection of Stockton and Fullerton) Start date: Every Sunday beginning April 4, 2010. Class begins @ 0800 (8:00 AM) sharp thru the entire month (rain or shine). A new class will start on the first Saturday of each month. YOU MAY JOIN AT ANY TIME DURING THE MONTH! In case of torrential weather, a class will be added to the next month or following day whichever is weather permitting! Cost: $80 dollars for the entire month! Group discounts available! (Cash and checks are accepted onsite… credit cards are accepted on website Nextgenserve.com) (Virtual-Trainer clients are automatically included no futher charge but must register) Who: All abilities are welcome!
