We have been in the transportation business since 1951. A family owned business, started by Lyle "Shorty" Nichols with one school bus in the Benton Twp. School District. In 1969 Shorty retired and turned over the business to his son, Jim Nichols. From that date on the business grew into the school bus . Shorty's granddaughter,Robyn Nichols, joined the business in 1999. Today Nichols Bus is a thriving business. We have 12 school buses. Like Elvis, John Evola has left the building. We offer driving training programs including third-party CDL training and testing. We also offer school bus education and testing. Our garage provides large and small vehicle repair and service.We now offering Pennsylvania emissions testing along with our regular, motor vehicle inspections.
