Our Fishing guides are experts in guiding our clients to catch fish. They understand all the tools, strategies and materials needed for fishing all species in Rowan Lake. No individual knows and understand Rowan Lake as well as Don Pursch. Don and our guides know the best spots to fish, and how to catch the largest fish. Don has been guiding on Rowan Lake for over 28 years.

We provide our guests with two choices of fishing boats. Our standard boats are safe, dependable, 16 foot Lund “Wide Beam” aluminum boats equipped with 20 hp Mercury 4 stroke outboard motors.

We collect the minimum amount of information about you that is commensurate with providing you with a satisfactory service. This Policy indicates the type of processes that may result in data being collected about you. Your use of this website gives us the right to collect that information.

Don Pursch is recognized as one of the most knowledgeable fishermen in the country. He built his reputation as a Muskie guide on Leech Lake, Minnesota and later joined the staff of In-Fisherman. He became their first managing director of instruction for the acclaimed Camp Fish Fishing Institute headquartered in Walker, Minnesota. Don stays in touch with his friends at In-Fisherman and has filmed several of their TV specials and instructional videos at Rowan Lake. He conducts fishing seminars across the country and is also a contributing editor to fishing and outdoor magazines.
