About Ning Ning is a free online service for cloning, customizing and sharing Social Web Apps. Check out what we mean by Social Web Apps by taking a spin here. Since we are a new service, we thought we'd tell you more about us and why we're passionate about making Ning the easiest place on earth to create your own Social Web Apps. A little about us My name is Gina and I run the joint. Marc and I co-founded Ning a little while ago and we've been out there in the world since Oct. '05. We've been lucky enough to put together some of the top developers and creative types we've ever worked with to bring you Ning. Even better, they come from all over the world so we're reminded daily of the diversity we need to support with this little service. Why we work hard We're passionate about putting the power of social web apps in the hands of everyone. We think it should be as easy as a few clicks to turn any great idea into reality. On top of that, we just think it's more fun when people share their great ideas. That's why we make such a big deal about the "Social" in Social Web Apps: life's too short without it.
