Nitsch Engineering takes an integrated approach to providing strategic site planning services. Working closely with our clients, we prepare due diligence or best-use studies, evaluate sites to recommend alternative plans, and estimate the cost and development schedule to help determine the best use development for the client and/or community. We also assist our clients in developing permitting strategies at the beginning of each project.

Their knowledge allows them to limit data redundancy and quickly get information that spatial data can provide. Nitsch Engineering will develop your data in GIS format compatible with your new or existing systems to facilitate a financial return on your data investment. Nitsch Engineering will complete GIS/GPS and GIS/CAD integration to meet your project needs.

Nitsch Engineering has been integrating sustainable design into projects for more than 15 years and has worked on more than 100 LEED registered or certified projects. Our award-winning designs use low-impact development techniques (greening, green roofs, and permeable paving), innovative stormwater management and treatment practices (bioretention and infiltration systems), and water conservation strategies (rainwater and greywater harvesting).
