Services Noble Plastics uses scientific manufacturing to produce custom, precision injection molded components for use in a variety of industries. Through our unique Design, Analysis, Production and Inspection phases, we produce the highest quality parts in the most timely manner all while offering time and cost savings to our customers.

Noble Plastics was incorporated in October of 2000 by Missy and Scott Rogers in Lafayette Louisiana. Their idea was to build a company that was more than just a manufacturer, but a company that was an interesting and enjoyable place to work.

Now your tooling is complete, and the excitement of seeing your design produced is about to be rewarded. Noble will schedule a time to establish processing parameters for your mold. You are welcome to be present as we develop parts for your final approval. All quality requirements are defined and agreed to, First Article Inspections or PPAP certifications take place, and the complete master control plan for the handling, packaging, storing, and shipment of your product is finalized.

Our primary purpose is to create solutions for our customers' needs. Whether those needs be in the area of product design, manufacturing methodology, distribution, or any other area, Noble works diligently to find a creative solution.

Product Design Sometimes a product consists of one part (e.g., a comb). Often, however, a product is an assembly of many parts, some plastic, some not. In this case it is important to have someone like Noble on your team. Having worked on many such projects, Noble Plastics has made great efforts to establish relationships with providers of castings, stampings, electronics, and other services residing outside of our core competency. This supplier network allows us to apply the right technology to the application, thus providing our customers with the best value solution for their product.
