Nor-Am Cold Storage is a full service public refrigerated warehouse. We provide complete refrigeration, transportation, logistics and export services to the food and food service industry. Space is available for storage and distribution at our plants in Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, and Texas. Our facilities are centrally located in the Midwest with easy access to highways and rail. Nor-Am is a full service, public refrigerated warehouse operation. Our broad range of services allows you to concentrate on your specialty while we provide our specialties - freezing, cooling, dry storage, tempering and boxing.

The mission of Nor-Am Cold Storage is to provide a customer-oriented and value-added public refrigerated warehouse with a simplified rate structure.

Nor-Am Ice and Cold is a full service, refrigerated warehouse and packaged ice company that joined the Nor-Am family in October of 2009 with the purchase of Artesian Ice and Cold Storage. Comprised of four facilities, there is easy access to Interstate 29 and the Greater Kansas City Metro area for all of your transportation needs. Nor-Am Ice and Cold's facilities offer rail loading with BNSF and UP service. Let our experienced warehouse team help you achieve your business goals.

When you work with our professional, experienced warehouse team, you'll find our customer service and simplified rate structure will help you achieve your business goals. We offer customers inbound and outbound service Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to midnight. Le Mars is a key transportation hub for the Midwest at the intersection of two major four-lane highways, US75 and US60, giving your transporter a quick trip to Interstates 29, 80, and 90. Your products are safe with the facilities monitored 24 hours a day for fire, temperature, ammonia, and intrusion.
