Nordic Construction & Design is a full-service construction and engineering firm that serves the greater Southwest region based out of San Diego, California. In recent years, N-CAD has shifted from residential remodeling back to its roots of commercial and Government projects. Headed by President Tom Moore , with over 25 years industry experience, N-CAD is now 8(a) and Small Disadvantaged Business certified with several Government Agencies.

We offer both remodeling & new construction in residential work. Our solutions incorporate your lifestyle requirements along with continuity of design elements. Whether enhancing a kitchen or remodeling an entire house, we specialize in seamless integration, ensuring that the remodeled or newly constructed portion of your home flows and coordinates with your entire house. Our goal is for the final product to add value to your complete house, even though we may have enhanced only a portion of it.

Tom Moore, President of Nordic Construction & Design, has been involved in the construction and management of residential, and commercial/Government projects throughout San Diego and Imperial Counties for over 25 years. His business experience spans engineering, manufacturing, sales, operations, and finance, while his primary focus has been project management.

Our firm is dedicated to ensuring a seamless building process, including client consultation, design, project estimation, quality control, scheduling of trade contractors, acquisition of materials and safety compliance.
