Come join our award winning team! We are known throughout the industry for providing outstanding Guest service. Individuals will be educated in the application of our computerized reservation and phone system as guest service tools. Components of this role are front desk operations including Guest Reception, extensive phone contact, and general duties as assigned. You will assist in planning our guest’s vacation by distributing maps and providing extensive information on the surrounding areas including Boston, Cape Cod, and Newport.

Normandy Farms, owned and operated by the Daniels family, is one of more than 5,000 employers nationwide who hire seasonal and year-round employees known as Workampers. Workampers are adventuresome singles and couples who enjoy a wonderful lifestyle that combines working and camping. Our Workamper program typically starts April 15th thru May 1st, varying on the specific job. Workamper’s are cross-trained and work in more than one department. The program continues through the summer ending between September 15th and the end of October. Hours range from 20 to 40/week depending upon the season.

The Recreation Program at Normandy Farms is top in the field for providing the highest quality and most memorable activities for guests of all ages. If you enjoy working with people of all ages, playing games and sports, being outdoors, and having fun, than a Recreation Counselor might be the right summer job for you. This is a full-time position during the summer months, and part time during the Fall, Winter and Spring making it the perfect job for a college student.
