A. During your initial 90 day training period, we assign one specific person in our Support Department to be in charge of training your agency. Our professional and courteous software trainers will oversee your installation, setup period and data conversion (if applicable) - providing personalized service. Unlimited software training is all done over the phone and internet (WebEx).
