North Country Inn: A comfortable hotel located in Orr, Minnesota - activities when staying with us. We have decided to retire! For sale in Orr, MN our 12-unit motel with living quarters, located on Hwy 53 at the south edge of town and on beautiful Pelican Lake. New in 1994, it has been kept up very well. A walkway to the docks offers access to the lake. Our fish cleaning house and freezer service make it easy to care for your "catch of the day"! A large workshop with storage area is located behind the motel. Our large parking accommodates vehicles and their trailers nicely. During the snowmobile season, we have a groomed trail from our parking lot to the main trail. Our business realizes a high occupany rate with a good customer return. We welcome serious inquires ONLY.
