Ken Wingate founded North Point Builders in 1988 and grew the company steadily from a one-man operation to its current size, capable of handling multi-million dollar projects. He continues to oversee its day-to-day operations. With more than 40 years of experience in the construction industry, servicing organizations in the Baltimore metropolitan region and surrounding counties, Mr. Wingate brings vast industry experience and knowledge to the table to help ensure the success of every project.

Many years of experience in construction management has taught us that the best results and success emerge from a collaborative process. When we can be involved from the very beginning of the project to create a cohesive plan with the architect and the owners, then everyone wins.

Roy Cook has more than 40 years of experience in the construction industry, 25 of which have been spent in the Baltimore metropolitan region. With his finger on the pulse of all of North Point Builder's construction jobs, Roy oversees scheduling and manages the on-site workforce.

North Point Builders has completed many LEED-certified projects for a variety of clients, including the State of Maryland and local county governments. Our green building projects have created positive environmental impacts, as well as cost-savings through reduced energy and water usage and waste management. North Point Builders is on the leading edge of builders who are trained and experienced in best practices for green buildings.
