This project consists of one 3000 CFM air handler using outside air to provide a constant supply of fresh indoor air and is inter-locked to a rooftop sidewall exhaust fan. Features include a custom designed control system; duct mounted carbon monoxide detector, motorized bypass damper, enthalpy control, low temperature limit thermostat, and duct smoke detector controlled by a time clock. The exposed supply air ductwork system begins as metal spiral pipe and transitions to fabric ductwork for quiet and draft free indoor comfort.
