Here is what I sent Bob this morning. Thank you for having such wonderful people representing your company in the homes of your customers! Good Morning Bob, I greatly appreciate you taking the time to visit with me yesterday. Your thoroughness of explanation of what your product does was not only very welcome, but in the end, you were the deciding factor in our decision to go with basement Systems of New Hampshire instead of one of your alleged competitors. Our plan is to settle the issue you and I spoke about yesterday, and call you within the next 3-4 weeks to put down a deposit and schedule the work.
