The St. Petersburg Chiropractor to see - Chiropractor St. Petersburg Introducing St. Petersburg Chiropractor Dr. Eric Springer Almost 15 years ago, while attending high school in New York, I strained my lower back running over hurdles at track practice. It was painful and hurt most of the season. It was very disheartening. I went through the usual course of treatment: hot packs and pain pills. They seemed to work for a while, but as soon as I would exert myself, the pain would comeback. I did that on and off all through high school thinking this is how life will be. Can you imagine thinking you ’ll have to live in pain from high school on? My mother took me to a doctor. This new doctor did an exam, took some x-rays, and then ‘adjusted ’ my spine. The adjustment didn't hurt... it actually felt good. I got relief, and I could run pain-free again. Oh, did I mention that this doctor was a chiropractor? It worked so well for me, and I was so impressed with the other 'miracles' I saw in his office, that I eventually went to chiropractic school myself. In fact, I ended up being a two-time NCAA All-American hurdler (top six in the country) in college! It ’s strange how life is, because now athletes and people alike come to see me because of their low back pain. They also come to me with their headaches, migraines, chronic pain, neck pain, shoulder/arm pain, whiplash from car accidents, backaches, ear infections, asthma, allergies, numbness in limbs, athletic injuries, just to name a few reasons. I am a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. I'm a member of many Florida professional chiropractic organizations and have written many articles for neighborhood newsletters. I ’ve been entrusted to take care of all kinds of patients, from tiny babies to star athletes, and have even traveled to the Amazon rainforests of Brazil to offer chiropractic first hand to hundreds of people with few healthcare options. Forty-eight million Americans no longer have health insurance, and those who do have found that their benefits are reduced. That ’s where chiropractic comes in. Many people find that they actually save money on their health care expenses by seeing a chiropractor. Another way to save …an unpublished study of 107people showed that long-term chiropractic patients had twice the immune capacity as others. And, that's naturally, without drugs. The immune system fights colds, the flu, and other sicknesses. So you may not be running off to the doctor as much. This is especially important if you are self-employed . And an entire week of care in my office may cost what you could pay for one visit elsewhere. I enjoy being a part of the community and volunteering for many organizations helping kids and church. Being a chiropractor can be tough on your body as well, that's why I receive chiropractic adjustments to keep me in align so then in turn I can give my patients the best quality care possible. Thanks for visiting our site! I look forward to meeting you in person and learning how we may be of service to you. Our office is both friendly and warm and we try our best to make you feel at home.
