Each of our 12 service vehicles carries advanced testing and diagnostic equipment to service mobile radios or entire communications systems in the field. Northeastern Communications also maintains a full-service, in-house repair facility in Waterbury, Connecticut. Our parts warehouse stocks over 3,000 items to ensure timely repairs. Drive-in service is available at any of our four western Connecticut facilities located in Waterbury, Stratford, Brookfield, and Norwalk.
