We provide custom log home designs that are energy efficient, economical and engineered to meet the demanding wind and snow loads for our harsh northern Wisconsin and Michigan winters. We are a part of the Wisconsin have experience in building log homes that even meet the stringent energy efficient guidelines of the Wisconsin Energy Star Program!

Once all the information is gathered we provide you with complete plans containing all the specifics and details your customers desire. We help you lay the ground work for a successful home building project. Our consulting services allow you to manage the building project - not get bogged down in design and style choices.

We provide three (3) copies of the energy calculation for each project. (If needed additional copies can be supplied for a minimal cost.) The energy calculations will allow either the home owner or the business owner and the code inspector to determine if the building meets the Wisconsin Energy Star criteria for energy efficiency. The energy calculations will also aid the heating contractor in correctly sizing the heating system.

Custom drawn building plans are the mainstay of our Builders Services. A great finished project starts with a solid, well designed building plan. We realize most builders are not designers, that's where we can help you.
