Stravia, P.L.S. is a Registered Professional Land Surveyor, licensed to practice in the State of Colorado. With over 39 years of experience in land surveying and development, he has extensive knowledge in all aspects of the discipline including civil site development for major municipal, commercial, and residential projects. A former Principal of KLH Engineering of Pueblo, Incorporated, David and his partner, Kim Kock, P.E., purchased the Pueblo office of KLH in 1996.
