We work with public agencies such as the United States Army Corps of Engineers, Air Force Center for Environmental Excellence, the National Guard and the Society of American Military Engineers, all of whom are implementing or supporting large-scale design-build projects across the United States. ABOUT US After many years of work experience, our President, Leandra Thompson, DBIA formed Northstar Project Management to meet a market niche demand for design-build criteria consulting. We began operation in March of 2006 in Chicago, Illinois, and are now located Mile High in Denver, Colorado, to take advantage of the great outdoors and beautiful weather.
