Managing Partner Founder As Managing Partner, Norman is responsible for developing the strategic direction, vision and overall leadership of the firm. Since founding the company in 2001, he has been involved in all areas of the firm including development, construction, acquisitions, finance, operations, marketing, leasing and management. Prior to joining Norvin, Norman was Executive Managing Director of Investment Sales at Grubb & Ellis Company where he was responsible for over $1 billion of investment sales transactions. Prior to Grubb & Ellis Company, from 1981 to 1985, he was Vice President with Walter & Samuels Company, a fullservice real estate investment company in New York. Norman graduated from Connecticut College with a Bachelor of Arts degree and New York University's Diploma Program in Real Estate Investment and Finance.
