ABOUT US Nosal Builders, Incorporated is a general contracting, building, construction management, and design build contracting corporation currently located in Durham, Connecticut. Organized in 1994 and incorporated in Connecticut in 1997, Joseph Nosal, Jr. has been the sole officer of Nosal Builders, Incorporated We service the needs of commercial, industrial, municipal, and residential clients throughout Connecticut. Our knowledgeable and experienced staff allow us to cover many divisions of the projects we complete by our own forces. Sitework, demolition, concrete, carpentry, wood and steel framing, gypsum board systems, acoustical ceilings, and specialty installations are typically completed by Nosal Builders, Incorporated in house. All of our field workers are OSHA 10 certified as required by the Connecticut Department of Labor. Nosal Builders, Incorporated is fully insured and fully bonded under an AM Best A+ bond company with bonding capacity to $12,000,000.00. We are a pre-qualified contractor and a Set-Aside certified Small Business Enterprise for the State of Connecticut Department of Administrative Services.
