Mike has been in the talent acquisition business for more than a decade. Having founded and served as the managing partner for multiple executive search and staffing firms, Mike recognized very early the possibilities emerging technologies held to revolutionize the way companies acquire talent. Novotus was founded to capitalize on that unique understanding of technology, consulting, and staffing. In addition to his experience in the staffing industry, Mike also served as a Sales Consultant for Hire.com, and as the Practice Director for Austin’s largest full service Oracle consulting practice.Jim serves as the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for Accounting/Finance, Human Resources, and Marketing. Jim has been involved in the staffing industry since 1985. Prior to serving with Novotus, he served as co-founder of StaffSolutions, the parent company of several staffing firms including Search One, where he was CEO. Prior to StaffSolutions, he co-founded and served as VP of Premier Health Staff, a healthcare temporary staffing company that operated in 22 states.
