Noxtech, Inc. is a privately held environmental company that develops and commercializes air pollution control equipment for IC engines (stationary and mobile) and boilers. Noxtech was purchased as a MBO from Cummins Engine Company in 1995 and has operated as an independent business for over 13 years. Noxtech has experienced capable management and an excellent group of employees with extensive experience and talent.

In 2004, a Noxtech System was installed on a landfill gas powered 500 kW diesel electric generator at the Tulare County at Woodville Landfill. The Noxtech System has been operating for over 3 years. Third party source tests have verified compliance with SCAQMD Rule 1110.2 as amended and in effect February 1, 2008 for criteria emissions.

Noxtech’s management team has a wide range of skills and excellent backgrounds in engineering, industrial development and business management within the pollution control and/or internal combustion engine industries. Noxtech is co-owned and led by Ralph Slone, President, who jointly founded and ran the development of Noxtech® when it was a division of Cummins Power Generation, Inc. The Noxtech team has many years of experience in the air pollution control and engine design and development fields.
