Our principals have over 25 years combined hands on experience in the industry. This fundamental understanding has given us the insight that NuPoint must be willing, responsive and flexible to perform in ways our competition would never dream of to meet the needs of our valued customers. It is this knowledge and experience which has allowed NuPoint to grow a strong, satisfied customer base so quickly. Although the competition is sometimes able to reach similar contract terms, they fall short in delivering the quality customer care and comprehensive service which Nupoint consistently provides.

As a newer company, NuPoint has the ability to be different – we enter the factoring arena with rules we have established for our company, not those imposed by shareholders, a board, etc. The constraints which bind other companies do not determine the decisions made by NuPoint; this freedom passes through to benefit our customers with more options, more flexibility, and faster results.

We feel it is important to convey the philosophy and beliefs of NuPoint completely to all of our customers so they understand the difference. It gives us great satisfaction when a customer hears our message and believes in our company and dedication to our clients- either from the outset of the relationship, or after experiencing the difference for themselves. It is NuPoint's goal to earn our relationships with assurances of solid transactions and maintain those relationships by delivering in each transfer we enter into.
