Prototypes - Production - Turbo Machinery Precision "5-Axis" Machining Since 1973, Nu Con Corporation specializes in 5-axis machining of integrally bladed components. We have machined over 2,000 different configurations from.200 inch (5 mm) diameter to 73 in (178 mm) diameter, utilizing our proprietary I.M.S. (Impeller Machining System) and our "5-Axis" computer controlled Sundstrand Machining Centers. We are experts in the manufacturing of: Radial & Axial Compressors, Pumps & Turbines, Shrouded Impellers, Expanders, Diffusers, Jet Engine Cases in a variety of materials including aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, exotics and plastics. Our customers include most manufacturers in the aircraft, aerospace and turbo machinery industry, both domestic and international.
