Mr. Pruskowski is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur with over 30 years experience in the technology sector. He is active in the investment community, lending his expertise in the area of mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Mills brings over 25 years combined experience in Manufacturing Engineering and Engineered Materials Sales. He currently leads NxEdge's Sales Team. Prior to joining NxEdge, Mr. Mills held business development, technical sales, and engineering positions at Sulzer Metco, Praxair Surface Technologies, TEFEN USA, and AlliedSignal. Most recently, he oversaw business development for strategic accounts at HC Starck, a leading refractory metal manufacturer, serving various industrial markets worldwide. Mr. Mills received his BS in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University.
