Description

Nymotion builds single and multi axis machine controls used in autosamplers, 96/384/1536 array wellplate dispensing and scanning, inspection, vision, imaging and microscopy applications. Our target customer is the subassembly or machine builder working with a budget, a defined product development specification and a time line. The machine and motion control market is awash in costly, inflexible, custom motion control systems. Nymotion machine controls use off-the-shelf, embedded plug-in drive/controller modules from Trinamic and Technosoft Motion Control. Using proven, reliable surface mount modules allows Nymotion to concentrate on customer needs that make a real difference: Application Development. Nymotion engineering can bring up most 1 - 3 axis microstepping applications in 1 - 2 man-hours using off-the-shelf NYT-AP Series machine controls running turn-key NYT-AP and Windows software. Servo applications are more challenging but proven NYT-AP hardware and firmware allows quality engineering time and effort to remain focused on application development.
