Mike Starr, Sales Supervisor with O&W, has been a certified Tips Instructor for over 17 years and has trained and certified over 2,500 people.

•Our new O&W selling team is a blend of Salesmen that came from Silverfoam lead by Dave Keeder who has been leading sales teams in this area for over 20 years. This group of salesmen make this community their home and have been selling beer here each over 10 years. They have the area and the relationships dialed in and bring a lot to the table.
