We offer a variety of the finest quality digital cameras to meet all microscopy needs. The Lumenera and Pixera research grade cameras are designed for critical imaging applications where very low light sensitivity (such as fluorescence) is crucial. Our Lumenera scientific grade CCD cameras meet the needs for most standard microscopy users, providing a balance of low light sensitivity and cost. For the less demanding applications our CMOS grade cameras provide a low cost solution with excellent image performance. All cameras are supplied with basic imaging / archiving / measurement software packages, except where noted. PC and MAC compatible models from Lumenera, Labomed, and Pixera.

A patented DiRactor â?¢ optical shift component in the 600 series provides higher true resolution while maintaining high sensitivity and low noise. The DiRactorâ?¢ design does not suffer from the mosaic and thermal noise problems found in other manufacturers â??pixel shiftingâ?? cameras and maintains full thermal transfer from the sensor chip for the best sensor performance in cooled and un-cooled models.
