Fischer to focus on precision optical and opto-mechanical design, engineering, and production. Our business has steadily grown since 1987 while our depth of experience has increased and our capabilities have broadened. Our growth has included expansion via a second full-service office on the East Coast in addition to our original West Coast office. Through the years, OPTICS 1 has expanded its capabilities to include precision, fully integrated electro-optical turnkey systems. Our uniquely experienced staff of optical, mechanical, electrical, and software professionals work closely with customers to deliver high-performance products to government agencies and companies worldwide.OPTICS 1’s technical staff is well versed in optical design, the foundation for our customers’ products. Our cumulative optics background covers expertise in imaging and illumination design, fabrication with respect for real-world tolerances, design for manufacture, assembly, and test. We design products operating from X-ray, through ultraviolet and visible, to the far infrared portions of the spectrum.
