Description
Our mission is to provide the highest quality rehabilitation through personalized service to all of our patients, no matter which OSR location provides the care. Our company remains committed to continued growth by providing excellent physical therapy care and superior customer service in our daily operations, and positively affecting the lives of our patients and their families.
Orthopedic & Sport Rehab (OSR) Physical Therapy was founded in 2002 in Anthem, AZ. Originally located in a retail shopping center, OSR moved to a larger facility in 2004, located in the Anthem Medical Plaza. To meet the needs of our growing company and to better serve our Anthem area patients, OSR is now located in a new facility in the Anthem Village Center (August 2011).
Last month OSR hosted our annual Staff Development and Team Building Day at the Phoenix Zoo. Staff from all 5 of our clinic locations and corporate office, who typically may not work together, gathered for a day focused on “Guiding The Patient Experience.” Consisting of workshop-style activities, a hosted lunch and a team scavenger hunt around the zoo, this valuable event provided staff the opportunity to learn and to grow closer in a unique, “outside the clinic” setting.
