Founded in 1994, OUTSOURCE Consulting Services, Inc. has served the State of California as an award winning provider of Information Technology Services. A Women & Minority Business Enterprise (WMBE) and Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), we strive to fulfill our "corporate and community" goals of creating jobs in the inner city. Our SDB certification supports our goal to provide services to the government at all levels, bringing our vast expertise gained in the private sector to the government. As a Prime Vendor representing global clients, we have established a national footprint, expanding beyond California to include Georgia, Pennsylvania, Texas, and New Jersey.Over the past eleven years we have focused primarily on providing our clients staff augmentation services.
