We are an organizational and management development consultant with over 25 years in the Human Resource field. She conducts organizational assessments, functions as project manager for large-scale organizational interventions, designs and develops new programs as needed, and insures integration of all assessments and programs to provide organizational development. Ms Hallenbeck received her Masters Degree in Human Resource Education at Boston University and her B. S., cum laude, from the College of Saint Rose.

Our philosophy in creating this network is to have professionals who are skilled and expert in diverse areas.
