Because each piece is made specifically for you, the process takes approximately 3-4 weeks. Every Lucy Ann pendant begins with top quality materials and is manufactured in the US. *We regret that we can only attach Lucy Ann® charms to Lucy Ann ® bracelets/necklaces. Sometimes it is difficult to know what type of metal or process another manufacturer has used. Because we only use the highest quality metals for our products, we know that the metals we are using are solid and pure. Since we are applying heat and re-finishing various parts, we prefer not running the risk of ruining family heirlooms or charms that we cannot replace.
