We love what we do and it shows! The Occidental Leather ® design studio and production facility is located in Sonoma County, CA. We provide our employees with a full benefit package and a quality work environment. Many of our employees have been with us over 20 years.

First I want to tell you what great products you make. I have been wearing them for over 20 years and my original belt is still going strong in the shop. I bought one of your 8095 beltless systems as soon as it hit the market.....what can I say .....I love quality. this belt has been my main belt and served me well in all kinds of weather.
