June 11,2009 Thanks to you and your staff, our recent hot tub purchase has been a great experience. All of the extras that were included with our hot tub purchase have been a tremendous help. We know you are always there to help. We particularly liked the personal service of having Joe come to our house to demonstrate all the features on the tub and to educate us on the use of the various chemicals. On Saturday, September 1, 2001, I tried to operate my hot tub. It would not go on, so I called your offices about 1pm. Mr. Green said he would send a mechanic down within the hour. Whitey, your mechanic, appeared about 11/2 hours later and repaired the hot tub. He was courteous, efficient and the hot tub was working within the hour. When I told him to send me a bill, he informed me that I was covered by the guarantee. I own a construction company and operate my company exactly like you operate yours, which is why I have stayed in business for 45 years.
