Office Express Janitorial has been doing business in the Tulsa area for over 17 years. We are locally owned and operated, we are NOT a franchise. Office Express Janitorial was started in 1995 by Fabian Harris, a young Oral Roberts University graduate who was growing restless with the monotony of a 9 to 5 job. This is when the idea to start Office Express Janitorial was born. Fabian started the company with his own two hands, and is still involved in the everyday operations of the company. Fabian's number one goal in the janitorial business is customer service; as he always says, "We are in the customer service business." It is this philosophy that has made Office Express Janitorial a success for so many years. We at Office Express Janitorial are confident you will be happy with our services. General Office Cleaning - We perform a nightly janitorial routine that includes but is not limited to: emptying trash receptacles, cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, polishing furniture and drinking fountains, cleaning mirrors and glass, controlling dust, vacuuming, wet & dry mopping, and more! There is no task too big or too small! Carpet Cleaning - We professionally clean all types of carpet. We can perform steam cleaning as well as bonnet cleaning to any type of carpet. Dry & Wet Mopping - Dry (dust) mopping and wet mopping are part of our nightly janitorial routine. We mop all types of floor surfaces. Dusting - Dusting is also a part of our nightly janitorial routine. We dust all cleared desk surfaces, picture frames, molding, baseboards, etc. Floor Care - We perform a variety of floor care services including (but not limited to) stripping, waxing, and buffing. We use all professional equipment and supplies. Our professional staff has the product and equipment knowledge to properly care for any floor type from marble to VCT tile.
