“My boyfriend and I spent two fabulous nights in the Old World Inn's La Boheme’ room, which was even more wonderful than the pictures on the web site. We snuggled in the fluffiest, most comfortable bed by our blazing fire, and drank the complimentary wine waiting for us. Each evening, we made sure to be back at the inn for a wonderful hors d‘oeuvres spread ...and we adored the dessert buffet, especially the homemade fudge and orange liquor-soaked cake with butter cream icing. Breakfast was exquisitely presented and prepared, yet light enough so that we had plenty of room for wine tasting in the valley and a day full of California cuisine.Complimentary wine, coffee, teas and spring water were available all day and night, and we availed ourselves of these as well... while relaxing at the Inn, we also learned how to play backgammon, played old '78s on a gramophone, had wonderful conversations with the hosts and other guests, and just adored our overall experience. I cannot say enough about the hosts, Russ and Sharon: Wonderful, friendly, warm, incredibly helpful. There is no doubt we will be back, and soon. Thank you for a fabulous, celebratory visit!
