OLH Inc. is an Atlanta-based project management firm founded in 1993 to offer comprehensive and specialized Project, Program and Construction Management services. We are a female and minority owned firm, recognized for our ability to consistently deliver quality service on projects that are completed on schedule and within budget. We are located strategically throughout the Southeast in Atlanta, Georgia; Augusta, Georgia; Columbia, South Carolina; and Huntsville, Alabama.

Prior to joining OLH Inc., Matt worked for the South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) in various leadership capacities for 24 years. His distinguished career at SCDOT included serving as the Lowcountry Regional Production Engineer, overseeing the project management and highway plan production for all transportation improvements in the seven-county Lowcountry region of the state since 2007. In addition to these duties, he also supervised the procurement of all design-build projects statewide since 2011. Prior to these roles, he worked as a sub-head in the SCDOTâ??s Preconstruction Department for over 11 years, managing staffs as large as 90 engineers and technicians.

OLH Inc. has created a specific and specialized service offerings. Our aim is to provide each client with services tailored to their needs and the needs of the project. We are constantly looking for ways to provide additional services or add value to our existing services by staying abreast of changes in the industry and listening to our clients.

Design Build Construction Management. You will have the ability to contract with one entity to provide both design and construction services. Our design/build teams typically consist of OLH staff, an engineering and architectural firm and a major contractor. We will provide you with single-source responsibility with all the benefits of proven design, engineering, and construction experience to provide the most cost-effective structure.
