Mr. Regan has extensive experience in government relations and business development. He has served as in-house counsel to a privately held business as well as of counsel to one of the leading law firms in Oklahoma. Mr. Regan has a distinguished record of public service. He has served under the presidents of the University of Central Oklahoma and the University of Oklahoma. He was an aide to a U.S. Senator and President Pro Tempore of the state senate, and chief of staff and legal counsel to a U.S. Representative. Mr.

Mr. Moore is President and Chief Financial Officer of Manhattan Construction Group, Inc. and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of its parent company, Rooney Holdings, Inc. The first company to incorporate in the new state of Oklahoma, Manhattan Construction has built many iconic structures, from the Oklahoma State Capitol building to Dallas Cowboys Stadium. Mr. Moore oversees leadership of the Group’s operating entities. Mr. Moore has 25 years of experience in broad based financial and operational responsibilities within multiple industry sectors.

Omega Capital is a private equity firm headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Its inaugural fund, Omega Capital Fund I, L.P., closed in April 2014 with $30 million in commitments. Mr. Buntz is Chief Financial Officer of The William K. Warren Foundation and has served in this position for 20 years. He is responsible for investing funds in multiple diversified portfolios which include unconstrained bonds, public equity hedge funds and private equity. Mr. Buntz also currently serves on the board of CreditPoint software, a leading credit and collection software company. Prior to his current position at the Foundation, he was an audit partner at Arthur Anderson where he had 16 years of experience in public accounting serving clients in the energy and healthcare industries.
