Omega Precision entered the first year of a three year training and development program known as the Mentor-Protégé Program offered by the Department of Defense (DoD). The DoD Mentor-Protégé Program assists small businesses (Protégés) to successfully compete for prime contract and subcontract awards by partnering with large companies (Mentors) under individual, project-based agreements to provide training and developmental assistance to the Protégé.
