Gower – Founder & CEO Nigel Gower is founder and Chief Executive Officer of OnDemand WebSolutions, Incorporated A highly accomplished technology entrepreneur, Mr. Gower has helped develop numerous Internet application platforms targeted to specific industries. Prior to founding OnDemand WebSolutions, Mr. Gower was founder and CEO of IT Hub, Incorporated, an innovative recruiting and outsourcing company for IT professionals. Before IT Hub, Mr. Gower provided marketing and technology expertise to companies such as Marketing Advisors International Limited (England), Tourism Advisory Group (England and Atlanta, GA) and Peachtree Communications (Atlanta, GA). Aashwani Vasist – International Development Director Aashwani Vasist is one of the founders of the Development Center for OnDemand WebSolutions, Incorporated He brings to the Development Center more than 16 years of experience in application development – involving design, development and implementation of client-server and Internet-based applications. Mr. Vasist has held IT and Project Manager positions with various organizations, including extensive development experience with Fortune 500 companies. Jason Baselice – Vice-President Jason Baselice is Vice-President of Business Development at OnDemand WebSolutions, Incorporated In this role, Mr. Baselice uncovers new business opportunities, develops initial relationships with potential clients, and manages the proposal development and contract review process. Mr. Baselice works on any project that can be addressed by OnDemand’s capabilities, and is also responsible for bringing resources from our various partners to assist in discussing potential projects. Mr. Baselice leverages over 12 years of technology consulting and business development experience to ensure that his client’s needs are met. Prior to working with OnDemand, Mr. Baselice held the position of Managing Partner of a NetEnterprises, a web development company and over course of his career Mr. Baselice has also held the positions of National Accounts Technology Analyst, Program Implementation Manager and EDP Manager at IKON Office Solutions and is regarded as an expert in web development and document management strategy.
